How can I modify or cancel my reservation
Check our general conditions to see the policy of cancellations and modifications of reservations. If you need to cancel a booked excursion or request a refund, you must do it sending an email to webbookings@freebirdone.com with the reservation number, name and date of the excursion.
The information of the cancellation policy of each excursion is detailed in the description of the excursion itself and in the bonus of your reservation.
Can I make a phone reservation?
Yes, you can make a last-minute booking by phone, or ask us if there are places available to make a trip on a date that is not in the booking calendar of our website.
Is it possible to travel with a wheelchair?
It is not possible to use a wheelchair whilst onboard our catamarans, therefore it is very important to have some mobility to board our catamarans.
Please, contact us on webbbookings@freebirdone.com indicating your specific needs before booking and then we can confirm if we can accommodate them.
What can I do if I get sick frequently on a boat?
Consult your doctor or pharmacist to recommend pills for motion sickness. Depending on the conditions of the sea, there are days of greater swell, and you may get dizzy.
What can I do if I don't find the Freebird bus, or the pickup point?
If you can not find the pickup point bus stop, or if after 10-15 minutes the bus hasn’t arrived, you should ring us on these number:

These are also found printed on your voucher.
You should identify yourself telling us which excursion you’ve booked and the pickup point where you are.
In this instance we will inform you of any delay owing to traffic or other reason and we’ll solve any problem so that you can go on your excursion.
Is food included in the excursion?
Yes, the 4.5-hour excursion to Masca & Los Gigantes includes a lunch of chicken meatballs in sauce, huertano rice, bread, and a Canarian banana. It also includes soft drinks, water, and beer. The 3-hour excursion in Costa Adeje includes a sandwich or baguette, soft drinks, water, and beer.
Ice cream is not included and comes at an additional cost.
How do you decide if you cancel a tour due to bad weather?
In case there are adverse conditions, the information provided by the AEMET will be taken into account to make the decision about the cancellation of the excursion.
