Due to the exceptional situation experienced by our country by the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), and the State of Alarm decreed by the Government of Spain for at least 15 days, Freebird Catamaran has decided to suspend its activity for the duration of this period of preventative quarantine.
It is time to act responsibly, and to comply with all the recommendations of the competent authorities to prevent the spread of the virus, and to be able to overcome this crisis in the shortest possible time.
We want to inform our customers who already have a tour booked with Freebird Catamaran, that they will be able to change the date for when this situation has passed.
Our online sales channels will remain open to those customers who want to book excursions from April, with the possibility of a 100% free cancellation up until 6 hours before the start of the excursion.
We are facing a huge challenge that affects the 5 continents, and which will have serious consequences on the health of the population, and on the world economy, but we are sure that we will move forward and overcome it together. Today more than ever we need solidarity, helping each other and acting together as a society.
Giving the best of each of us will be essential to prevent the spread of the disease, save our economy and jobs, and restore tourism as our way of life.
