Through this website, personal data is collected, through different contact forms for this purpose. In addition, our entity may collect your information by other means, either by telephone, by email, or by any other documentary means.

That is why we inform you that the personal data sent to our entity by any means will be processed by Freebird Catamarans, as data controller, for the following purposes:

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

Purpose: management of the customer database for the management of reservations and/or online purchases of tickets, carrying out communications and various administrative and/or commercial procedures with customers, as well as management of billing and collection of services hired.

Legitimation: RGPD: 6.1.b) treatment necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party or for the application at the request of the latter of pre-contractual measures; RGPD: 6.1.c) treatment necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation applicable to the person in charge of the treatment (Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Tax.)

Origin: The interested party or representative, private entities, tour operators, agencies.

Data categories: Name and surnames, NIF / DNI, Postal address, Telephone, email, bank details (card number).

Obligation to provide data: Obtaining your data is based on a legal/contractual requirement. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to provide you with the service.

Recipients: Banks, savings banks and rural banks, insurance entities. The communication of data is based on a legal/contractual requirement necessary to sign a contract for the services we provide.

Automated decisions: No data processing is carried out that involves decision-making and/or profiling in an automated manner.

Conservation: once the contracted services have been provided, the information is stored, duly blocked, exclusively to be recovered in the event that a claim is filed regarding said services or if requested by competent public administrations in the exercise of their functions. The information will be kept while the legal prescription periods remain in force regarding the prescription of the responsibilities that the data processing may have generated and/or what the different legal regulations that apply to them indicate.

SENDING COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

Purpose: management of the database of customers who have given their consent for the sending of commercial communications and company offers.

Legitimation: RGPD: 6.1.a) Express consent of the interested party

Origin: The interested party.

Obligation to provide data: Obtaining your data is based on your consent. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to send you commercial communications and offers.

Recipients: External marketing service.

Automated decisions: No data processing is carried out that involves decision-making and/or profiling in an automated manner.

Conservation: the data will be kept until the interested party expressly requests their removal from the company’s commercial database. An easy and immediate way to request said cancellation will be provided in each commercial communication. The request to delete your data from the company’s commercial database will not affect the legality of the data processing carried out previously.

In no case, Freebird Catamarans will treat the personal data of the interested parties for purposes other than those mentioned above, committing ourselves to keep due professional secrecy and confidentiality, establishing the necessary technical and organizational measures to safeguard the information in accordance with the requirements established by the legislation. in force in terms of Data Protection and the result of the Risk Analysis that we have carried out.

Freebird Catamarans reminds users that the personal data you provide us must be adequate, pertinent and not excessive in relation to the scope and specific, explicit and legitimate purposes for which they were obtained. Therefore, refrain from including unnecessary data.

We also inform you that our staff and collaborators with access to data are aware of the scope of the duty of professional secrecy and confidentiality, using the data appropriately and following the legally required security guarantees.

 

Will my data be processed outside of Europe? International data transfers and data hosting

This website is hosted on a server located in the European Union. The only purpose is the hosting of our website, having the hosting modality, therefore, the management company will not have access to your personal data.

Likewise, our emails, as well as backup copies in the cloud, are managed by companies located within the territory of the European Union, as well as their hosting servers.

Our company does not intend to process your personal data outside the territory of the European Economic Area. For this reason, it has indicated in its contracts with third parties that they inform it about the location of its information hosting servers, in order to guarantee that they are located in a country with sufficient security guarantees.

What is the company policy regarding the submission of resumes?

Our internal policy on the reception of CVs establishes that they are not collected, since we do not have an open personnel selection process. For this reason, we ask you to refrain from sending any curricular data to our contact emails, in order to guarantee the principle of data minimization.

How does the company use my data on its social networks and platforms for publishing images and videos?

We use our social networks to link news, articles or other information relevant to our general public.

Photographs and/or videos of identifiable people may be included in events or activities in which we participate. Said publication will be made based on the prior consent of the interested party, since it will be previously communicated that the images will be taken in order to be published on social networks, with which the client may decide to appear in the same or not. However, in the event that the interested party wishes to remove their image later, they can contact the company via email info@freebirdone.com and the requested images will be removed without delay from all our social networks.

How do you treat the data of minors?

We understand that our services will not be requested by children under 14 years of age. But, in the event that this happens, we inform you that the request for said services will not be attended to until verification of the authorization by the father, mother or legal guardian.

The collection of information from minors under 14 years of age that is based on consent must be carried out by both parents/legal guardians of the minor.

Therefore, all those interested / over 14 years of age, may give their consent, which must be express, free and unequivocal.

For this, the company may request additional information and/or documentation in order to verify that the consent provider is over 14 years of age, and thus verify that the legally established requirements are met.

In any case, the consent may be revoked at any time by the interested party over 14 years of age, or their legal representatives in the case of minors, through the normal channels published by the company.
